In order to help you stock your kitchen with healthy choices for you and your family, Mrs. Putman offers a kitchen consultation service to help you discern which products in your kitchen are healthy choices. She will go through each and every food item that you have, explaining which choices are healthy, which ones you might want to avoid, and why. How to read food labels, food manufacturers’ marketing tricks, and healthy product alternatives are all covered during the consultation.

Grocery shopping field trips are also available. Learn from a professional how to shop efficiently, choose the best products, and select the best produce.

Private Cooking Lessons

Learning how to prepare healthy meals in a fun and efficient way can be an important turning point in improving your health and fitness.
