Raised in New Orleans, Louisiana, the culinary capital of the nation, Kimberly has extensive knowledge and experience with world-famous cuisine. She is a Premiere Member of the United States Personal Chef Association and is certified by the Texas Department of Health in food handling, sanitation and manufacturing.

Appetite Culinary Service is the product of her fifteen-year background in the food service and fitness industry. Her company provides Austinites with a unique and healthy approach to fine dining and eases the burdens of balancing work, personal/family-life and daily activities.

Experience working with catering companies, culinary specialists and her commitment to physical fitness led Mrs. Putman to create healthy menus that retain the wonderful flavors of New Orleans.
